Mark Kuchel
Founder & Technical Director

With more than 40 years’ experience Mark is well-known and highly regarded by members of the building and construction industries. He has developed and honed his expertise in commercial construction, repairs and maintenance, heritage restoration and residential structural repair.

A hands-on leader, Mark has established strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and staff, constantly reinforcing the importance of integrity. Driven by an innate need for constant improvement, he has been instrumental in driving the business forward, while his Australian and International patent for soil stabilisation technology has helped establish Urathane Solutions as the preeminent structural repair specialists.

Trent Kuchel
Managing Director

With experience across the commercial and residential building, and mining sectors, Trent provides invaluable insights and innovative solutions developed over many years while working on diverse project in remote regions, including BHP’s Prominent Hill.

From green-field exploration to pre-feasibility and bankable feasibility stages, he has refined his skill set, particularly in relation to performance analysis and opportunity assessment. More than a decade ago, he began his Urathane Solutions career in operations and logistics support, then onto leading a 100-strong team as operations and accounts manager, before taking the reigns as managing director.

Luke Kuchel
Operations Manager

Beginning his career in mining exploration throughout regional Australia, Luke gained wide-ranging experience across diverse industry sectors before focusing on commercial and residential construction.

In addition to overseeing and executing our most complex and challenging projects and being jointly responsible for the design and maintenance of proprietary plant and equipment, Luke champions our training programs.

Danielle Leane-Silva
Manager Administration

A qualified business administrator, Danielle brings over 20 years’ administration experience to the business, with a variety of roles in sectors as diverse as feature film, information technology, vehicle safety and of course, construction.

She provides invaluable support to the company directors, while managing administrative staff and championing timely and effective customer engagement.

Kristine Anders
Administration & Communication

Kristine is currently studying a Bachelor in Psychological Science and is responsible for people, culture, and communication. She has 10 years’ administrative experience in the residential real estate and provides vital support to, and collaborates with, the management team to ensure consistently high results are achieved across all areas of operations.

Brittany Bestic
Finance Manager

A Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Brittany was formerly an assistant manager at leading accounting firm, William Buck where she worked across a wide range of businesses for 8 years.

An unerring attention to detail and passion for business development, Brittany plays a key role in the company’s ongoing success.

Milos Ongal
Supervisor Residential

Milos has built his career from the ground up, originally as a labourer in construction and engineering, where his skill set developed to include concrete, remedial works, and building maintenance in both residential and commercial construction sites.

Shannon
General Manager, TradeCo Pty Ltd

With well over 2 decades’ experience in the residential and commercial construction industries, Shannon began his career as a tradesman. He then managed his own construction company, employing more than 50 staff, before heading up the TradeCo business.
He is currently studying a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration.
Shannon prides himself on being able to build a great team of tradespeople and consultants to ensure the very best outcome for his customers and has worked on a diverse range of projects including the Malthouse Brewery Apartments and premium luxury accommodation The Louise, in addition to multiple residential developments.
